Where does gabi+skin ship? For how long and how much?

Standard shipping is free no matter how much you buy!

We currently ship from Taiwan, but we are working on bringing gabi+skin worldwide. We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.

If you don’t live in the countries below, please email hello@gabiskin.com to let us know where you live, and we will figure it out how you can get gabi+skin product(s).

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 3pm in Taiwan are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@gabiskin.com. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, please email hello@gabiskin.com.

How can I find out more information about a product?

You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing hello@gabiskin.com.

What skin types are gabi+skin products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types, we use mostly natural ingredients, leaving out non-essentials.

Are you cruelty free?

We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.

Returns & Exchanges

We highly recommend that you contact us if you have any questions about the products before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the return and exchange process.

How do I place a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order (7 days for Taiwan). Please reach out to hello@gabiskin.com with your order number, the photo(s) of the product(s) you got and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Whether its for a return or an exchange, you’ll need to ship the product(s) back to us first, and cover the shipping fee from your location to our Taiwan address.

For the return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, if you paid Rush Shipping Fee when you purchased the product(s) at the beginning, your shipping charges are not refunded.

gabi+skin reserves the right to decline return/exchange requests for the following rules:

We will need you to take photo(s) of the product(s) you want to return/exchange.

  • Unpacked product(s)

Refund/Exchange process.

  • Once we receive a request, we will contact the customer within 1-2 working days.
  • Once we approve the refund/exchange, please return the refund product(s) within 15 working days and email to us to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the refund product(s), we will verify and complete the refund/exchange within 1-2 working days.
  • Once we complete the exchange payment, we will ship the agreed upon exchange product(s) to you within 1-2 working days.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product(s)?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@gabiskin.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product(s) you ordered without any shipping fee.

What should I do if I received product(s) damaged during shipping?

Sorry about that! Please take a photo of the product(s) within one day of receiving, and contact us at hello@gabiskin.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product(s) you ordered shipped at no cost to you.

Billing

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
  • Check if your card is expired and if your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t give us a reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
